Chicken and Hearts of Palm Soup
The Salpicao is the best salad/chicken combination I've tasted. I order it several times a month with the pal de queijo. Also, I'd challenge anyone who's had a better soup than their chicken & hearts of palm soup. Just love Bossa Nova!
Glazed Salmon
The glazed salmon is an absolute treat. Perfectly cooked, the salmon features a glaze that balances sweet and savory flavors, creating a delightful taste experience. It comes with white rice and salad or asparagus. I highly recommend the asparagus---their crisp texture and smoky flavor take the dish to the next level. Pair it with a glass of white wine for a meal that's truly unforgettable. A must-try for any seafood lover!
Chicken Scallopini
This was my first time eating here! I will definitely be back again! Everything was very good, I would definitely recommend visiting this place.
Chicken Crepes
The chicken crepes and mista salad are addictive. Everything about this meal is perfect, from the crunchy delicious salad to the chicken filled light cheese sauced crepes. It is a must when eating at Bosa Nova.
