Many people ask us about whether we carry foods that are gluten free. The answer is "YES" ! Many of our most traditional and favorite selections are gluten free, beginning with our trademark Pao de Queijo,(Rosalia's Famous Cheesebread,) which contains no wheat products, and Arroz com Feijao, (Beans and Rice.) Our rice is quaranteed gluten free by Sysco, our food distributor, and all rice is washed before cooking, (just another step ensuring that the rice dishes contain no milling by products. Some of our other gluten free dishes include SALPICAO, BRASILEIRISSIMO, MINEIRINHO, MOQUECA DE PEIXE, many soups and ALL our SALADS! In addition to our vegan and vegetarian dishes, these gluten free dishes are there to meet the demand for healthy specialized diets.

SEPT. 7, 2009 IN NEW YORK!!! The event is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2009, always taking place in Manhatten, on 46th St., near Time Square, also known as Little Brazil. Presently, the crowd takes as much as 25 blocks surrounding Little Brazil.
