Picanha na Tábua (8 oz)
Brazilian cut top tri tip hump, cooked to order, served on a hot iron plate, served with rice, vinaigrette, farofa, fried banana, and French fries.
Top sirloin steak and bacon rolled in medallions, cooked in a red wine sauce, with garlic onions, tomatoes, and fresh herbs. Served with black beans, rice, and collard greens salad.
Stroganoff de Frango
Finger shredded chicken breast, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, mushrooms, cooked in a white wine sauce with garlic, onions, tomatoes, fresh herbs and Brazilian imported crème fraîche. Served with rice topped with batata palha.
Scallopini de Frango
Breaded chicken fillet, pan seared, and then baked in a lemon creamy sauce, topped with parmesan cheese and Capers, served with rice and sautéed asparagus.
Moqueca de Peixe
4 oz Mahi-mahi steak, shrimp and scallops, cooked in dendê (palm) oil, with garlic, onions, tomatoes, red bell pepper, fresh herbs, and coconut milk. Served steaming in pot dish, with rice and pirão.
Salmão ao Vinho
Pan-seared 8 oz Salmon steak with walnuts, brown butter, Pinot Noir red wine sauce, and caramelized grapes. Served with rice and sauteed asparagus.
Assorted mushrooms, red bell pepper, broccoli, onions cooked in cognac sauce and served over rice and steamed green beans.
Kibe com Abóbora
Baked Tabule with butternut squash, fresh mint, raisins, and spices, layered with Ricotta cheese, topped with French baked onions. Served with black beans and rice.
